Building Hire
As part of our service to the community we have established a multifunction facility which is available for hire to community groups at reasonable rates. We are an alcohol, drug and smoke free venue. We do not hire out to weddings. To enquire about rates and availability contact us during office hours on

- The use of the facility is to be reserved for activities in keeping with the core values of the Mundaring Church of Christ (MCC).
- The MCC and its representatives have the right to refuse usage of the facilities on a case by case basis.
Multipurpose Room
(Capacity of 40-50)
This is a large carpeted room with audio equipment available and direct access to an enclosed children’s playground. Perfect for small seminars, training days or children’s parties. There is separate private entry from the main building.
Activity Room
(Capacity of 37)
A vinyl floored room with wet area and direct access to an enclosed children’s playground. Ideal for messy activities or children’s parties. This room also connects to the Multipurpose Room.
Lounge Room
(Capacity of 9)
A small room available for meeting with separate entry.
Foyer/Small Hall
(Capacity of 116)
A large carpeted empty space. Chairs and tables are available to set up in any configuration. The area is connected to the café/kitchen. Can be used for larger seminars, training days or a sit down meal. Hire the Kitchen as well to have access to all our equipment.
Café/Kitchen
(Capacity of 26)
We have a well-equipped café and kitchen. Café tables and chairs and all the crockery, cutlery, ovens, fridges and urns required to hold a lunch or dinner for small group. Or hire the Foyer as well for larger groups.
Alfresco Area
(unlimited)
An outside area with enclosed lawn area and a small kitchen and BBQ's for hire. The Alfresco leads off the Foyer and Café.
Auditorium
(Capacity of 200)
Large 400 seat auditorium with stage, audio, screens and projectors. Ideal for large seminars.
